Based of the visual style and the markings provided, this is a Cole Pottery vase (a historic American art pottery company) in the Malachite designed with the mold number 805. This is according to Google so I am not positive about this. Please use the pictures for reference.
No cracks or crazing. Does appear to be a small amount of glaze loss at the back. No maker mark.
